Thank you for visiting my website, Explore & Discover. Even though my hands are full juggling marriage, children, work, drill team, and extra curriculars.. I've managed to find time to create this blog. Explore & Discover is a place where parents and teachers can explore & discover together in order to improve the education of our children and students. I will be using my blog to post information such as articles, technology, lesson plans, documents, and much more. I find that if we collaborate together, we can help each other out and make life just a little bit easier.My Family
I married my high school sweetheart in 2007 and we have 3 beautiful children. Our oldest, Teresa, is 3 years old. Some of her favorite things include Grandpa's Ranch, horses, and of course her Grandma! She is currently on her second year of dance and gymnastics. Next in line is Liana. She is 2 and tough! She loves to dance around with Teresa and help take care of her baby bother. She is very strong minded, but has a soft heart for babies. I can already tell she'll be a great mom. Then there's Jacob, the newest member who is just about to turn 5 months. He melts my heart and makes me appreciate the joys of motherhood. Jacob will be our last baby, so we are holding on to him tightly each day.Harlingen High School Cardettes
I have over 20 years of dance experience. At the age of two, I began performing at McMillan School of Dance where I was enrolled in Tap, Ballet, and Jazz for 7 years. I then attended Palm Valley Gymnastics where I continued dancing and began tumbling. In 2000, I started my rookie year on the Cardette Dance and Drill Team. In 2001-2002 and 2002-2003, I was voted Cardette Line Officer President. 2009 marks my first year returning to Cardettes as the Assistant Director.
